Before you rely on this

Tanzania licenses commercial goods transport nationally through the Land Transport Regulatory Authority (LATRA), established in 2019, which issues a Carrier’s Licence to operators of goods-carrying vehicles under the Transport Licensing (Goods Carrying Vehicles) Regulations, 2020. Applications and renewals run through LATRA’s digital RRIMS platform. Always confirm current requirements directly before hiring a mover.
